September 01, 2010: Hello September, Hello Pulled Muscle

I cannot believe I pulled a muscle doing piloxing. I didn’t even think that was possible.

To ease the pain, my father, the athlete made me do several equally painful stretches that honed athletes do.
Today was not fun at all. Limping your way through town center is not something that I recommend on anyday!
But bring it on September, i’m ready for your surprises πŸ™‚

If this perfume bottle had its own mouth, it would have a lot of stories to tell and I just had to take a picture of it now that it’s on its final stages.

The bottle which I brought with me during my first break, my graduation and other events with someone from the past is now on its last few drops and I couldn’t help but feel a sense detachment from it.

This is another symbol of how things have changed for the better in my life and that everything that this bottle represented is nothing but vapor: gone and no longer coming back.

I’ve always held a sweet spot for the Pancake House and their posters even if they no longer serve the dish that I enjoyed eating when I was younger. It always brings a mix of nostalgia and sweet sense of longing for chocolate milkshakes. Mornings at this place are just a terrific way to start the day.

Today’s events were definitely for the books. I cannot even touch on the subject because it’s too personal.
But what transpired that day does not compare to how great God is, on how faithful He is.
It was a dark dark day but God turned it all around by answering something that we’ve been praying for in years.
ALL THE GLORY BE UNTO HIM.
